The beauty in us all

We moved forward. As one life ends and another begins and in the meantime our lives keep moving, until our life ends.

So I take each day as precious and say 'thank you for this, the treasure and the gifts, hidden in ways that I didn't see.

In all the creatures great and small and in the beauty of us all.

In the skies and in the trees, and in the birds and the bees, and the rays of sunlight when it hits the trees – that shine on my face in the cool summer breeze.

The colours in the rainbows when the raindrops fall, and the feel of emotions when I fall.

But most of all I thank the world for giving me a place in the world once more.
