Family time

A new beginning emerges, and the sun shone through

and life carried on in the same old familiar way.

Where children played, and the shops displayed there merchandise,

changing from season to season.

At Christmas time a poignant time for families,

the children waiting patiently for Father Christmas to deliver their parcels.

A time to celebrate together, and love one another.

And when the holidays arrive in the summertime,

and the boats come in, they start to grin.

The parks are buzzing, and the children shriek with laughter for they are free,

and it's so fun to be this way.
